While we’re stuck inside and social distancing, here’s a challenge to keep you active and your taste buds happy for the next month!
I’ve put 4 of my favourite red wines on the rest days. They are heavy, more dry than sweet and generally full-bodied wines. The goal is 170 squats in a day, I know it might seem like a lot but it’s easier than you think! (I hope, because I’ll be doing it too).
At the end of the month, you’ll be able to do 170 squats in a day and have finished 4 delicious bottles of wine while doing it!
So, squat & sip.
